Have a burning question? Want to find out more about a show? Just lonely? Season Ticket holders get access to our special hotline where a real live person will help you. 

EASY TICKET EXCHANGES
Did something suddenly come up and you have to change your performance? Don't worry! We're not offended. In fact, we'll help you change the date of your performance. You can exchange one time per season for free. If you want to exchange more than once, you'll be charged a small fee per exchange.

SPECIAL EVENTS & CONCERTS
Patti LuPone, Kristin Chenoweth, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Carol Burnett, Ben Vereen....get the picture?! All of these stars have performed on our Reprise stage. Season ticket holders get priority access to these events before tickets go on sale to the public.
 

TICKET REPLACEMENT
Always losing things? We'll make this easy on you. If you lose your season tickets, we'll print you new ones. For free.
 

MISSED YOUR SHOW?
Have a senior moment? We get it. Bring your tickets to any subsequent performance of the same show and we'll get you the best available seat, subject to availability of course.
